Robert J. de Boer has 20 years experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering and operations, both as a line-manager and management consultant. He was Director of Engineering at Stork Fokker AESP and in that capacity acted as a chairman of the review board for numerous hi-tech development projects and commercial proposals.
