Case - Design and build in 16 weeks

Airbus UK required the detailed design and build of a prototype winglet for the A320 to test performance improvement of the in-house option over a third party design. We ensured that the partner companies worked together in design, manufacture, material ordering, and quality assurance to enable delivery of two ship sets within the unheard time of sixteen weeks, clearly exceeding customer expectations.
